Brio (barn name) is the first and only Embryo Transfer foal in the RM registry!!! What is an Embryo Transfer?? Well, it's a procedure where you breed a mare, in the case our Jan mare to El Cid. Then at 6 days after ovulation, we flushed Jan's uterus and filtered out any embryo's. We found her embryo (in our kitchen under a microscope) and placed it in our mare Jewell for her to carry to term. Brio is proud, sweet and friendly, has great conformation, gorgeous head and presence to die for. He is such a special gelding and already stands at 15.1 hands.
